Eugene Jennings

BA Hons, MNAEA - Partner

Eugene is a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents. He has a BA Honors Degree in Banking and Finance and is a qualified mortgage advisor. In recent times Eugene has become involved with helping people in mortgage difficulties sell their homes in co-operation with the lender to achieve the best outcome for all those involved. With 20 plus years in financial services and 10 years as an estate agent Eugene has a vast knowledge of the Northern Ireland Market for sales and lettings.

Terry Cowan

DipFA MIFS - Partner

Terry established Property Directions along with Eugene in 2003. Terry has attained a number of qualifications in financial services dating back 25 years to present, and so ventured into the property world. With a vast knowledge and 10 years experience in the field of property, and of the ever changing economic market, Terry facilitates customers in both property and financial business.

Karen McLoughlin

MNAEA HND DipDEA - Accounts Manager

Karen has been a member of the Property Directions team since its inception in 2003. Karen is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents and has qualified from the University of Ulster with a Higher National Diploma in Architectural Technology, which has certainly proved beneficial working in an Estate Agency. Karen is also qualified as a Domestic Energy Assessor. Karen is primarily responsible for the Company's accounts - as well as being involved in the various tasks involved with a busy Estate Agent.

Lyndsey Chievers

MNAEA, ARLA Property Administrator

Lyndsey joined Property Directions back in 2009. In her role Lyndsey handles the numerous enquiries from landlords and tenants, purchasers and vendors, ensuring landlords comply with current regulations eg ensuring properties have an EPC report, as well as organising property inspections and dealing with property maintenance issues. Lyndsey is also responsible for producing monthly reports for the sales & rentals. Lyndsey is a committed individual that enjoys taking on new challenges and being part of the team.

Sandra Trent

Lettings Consultant

Sandra has been working within Property Directions since mid 2019 and comes with a wealth of experience specialising in the Lettings Industry. Sandra has ARLA competency qualifications, NFOPP Technical Award and ARLA Inventory training. Sandra is available to discuss Landlord requirements and is responsible for much of our Lettings Application process including the check-in and check-out of tenants.

Noeleen McAlinden

Sales & Lettings Consultant

Noeleen has joined Property Directions in November 2019, after attaining a BSc Hons in Geography. Based in the Castlewellan office, Noeleen's position involves administration, arranging and carrying out appointments for both sale and rental properties and regularly liaising with solicitors, builders, vendors, purchasers, landlords and tenants. Noeleen finds her role hugely satisfying and has thoroughly enjoyed becoming apart of the Property Directions family.
