We will tell you what your home is worth based on current local market conditions, and help you sell or let it in a time frame that works for you. Where finance is required the purchaser and the property will also require a mortgage valuation. This valuation sometimes can be lower than the agreed price. With this in mind and taking into consideration what the owner will accept, our valuation will be realistic otherwise the property may remain unsold.

Property Directions uses local market analysis which is based on what properties have sold for, not the price they are advertised at. We use comparables based on recently sold homes similar in size and style to the home we're trying to sell.

When you sell your home with us, we will provide you with an honest assessment.
